Some personal news about the 2019-20 academic year

For the 2019-20 academic year I’ll be taking a year leave of absence at UNCC so that I can be a Visiting Associate Professor of Music at Northeastern University in Boston. I’m really looking forward to being back in a music department for the first time in nearly 20 years and getting to teach some very different kinds of courses than I am able to teach in a philosophy department.

Boston-area academic friends, this means I’m easily available for talks or class visits or drinks or coffee or or or. I’ll be excited to see more of my New England friends of all sorts!
